Good to know
- Quantities are measured by you; the platform does not read or guess quantities from drawings.
- Automatic extraction reads text-based PDF, Word, Excel and CSV tender documents; every value is kept only with an exact source quote and needs your review. Scanned images are not read.
- Prices stay unverified until you verify them against a quotation. No price is guaranteed — see the accuracy disclaimer.
- South African metric units only (mm, m, m², m³, t, km). All prices in ZAR excluding 15% VAT.
Every account starts with the 7-day free trial. Plan limits are applied automatically: when a limit is reached, new tenders or BOQ lines are blocked until you upgrade. When the trial ends without a plan, the workspace is locked until you subscribe. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancelling a subscription ends access immediately. Eligible purchases have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Prices exclude VAT. Team features marked "Planned" are not yet available, so extra users cannot be added yet.
