Refund Policy

TenderPro SA, a platform by PNP AIIIH (Pty) Ltd, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for subscription purchases.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This change-of-mind period is subject to any additional rights you have under applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.com and provide the email address and transaction details associated with your purchase.

3. Processing

Paddle handles returns and customer-service inquiries relating to orders. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear can depend on the payment method and financial institution.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Cancellation and access

Cancelling a subscription stops access in accordance with the cancellation choice shown in the platform. Cancellation is separate from a refund request. If you are within the 30-day refund period, you may still request a refund through Paddle. Outside that period, any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
